Refund policy

Refunds or replacements for defective or damaged goods are available within 14 days of order receipt in-store or by mail. In-store returns are accepted for merchandise in original condition within 30 days of purchase (or through January 30 for purchases made after Thanksgiving of the prior year).

Class refund policy: If you have to cancel a one-time class registration at least 7 days in advance, a gift card for the original purchase price will be issued. Cancellations less than 7 days from the date of the class or missed classes in a series will not be refunded. When possible, we will pack up materials for the project for you to complete on your own. Any packaged materials must be picked up within 14 days.
